Parental divorce is never good for relationships with children, and for a six-year-old boy, his dad on a farm far from the city is a rather alien figure. The two are supposed to spend the weekend together and the boy's mom brings the boy, waving from the car for them to figure it out on their own. But their worlds are as far apart as a town and a farm somewhere in the "wilderness" can be. Dad's only means of communication is working together, so he overwhelms his son with a series of commands, but the result is an even greater void between them and the child's fear of his father's sternness. Only the death of his father's horse and the grave they have dug together bring them closer together. The film is very faithful to the tradition of the Icelandic art film school and its work with communication and the emptiness of interpersonal relationships with a backdrop of stunning natural scenery. Can close people share their deepest emotions?

The film won the award for Best Children's Film at the Oberhausen International Short Film Festival 2021 and the Special Jury Award at the Euregion Film Festival 2021.
