What happens when children play without adult supervision? They invent wars, build robots, compose their own music, make up their own rules and organise the world in their own way. At first glance, their play may seem chaotic, but it gradually becomes clear that even children’s ‘anarchy’ has its own logic. This observational film explores children’s imagination, their freedom, and the way in which they mirror the adult world around them through play.
