I am a Czech-Iranian director who studied documentary filmmaking at FAMU and Middle Eastern studies at Charles University's Faculty of Arts. My work focuses on themes of identity, racism, and xenophobia, as well as the political and cultural context of the Middle East. In my films, I combine a personal perspective with broader social and historical contexts.
I am delighted to be part of Cinemini because I have a close relationship with children and enjoy discovering their world with them. For me, involvement in this project represents a connection between two areas that are very close to my heart–film and working with children.
